Flora has 35 years’ experience working in local government where she is a Governance specialist. She has run or worked on local government elections since 1987 including councillor induction and training. Her current role is Executive Manager/Public Officer at Shellharbour City Council. She is a Graduate Member Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a nationally accredited Mediator.
