Stan Kondilios has almost 30 years experience, and practices primarily in the areas of Environment, Planning, Local Government law and Public law. He is a leading trusted adviser to Local Government providing legal services to the public sector with a particular emphasis with NSW Councils. Stan is an Environmental and Planning Law litigator, appearing for both applicants and councils. Stan and his team are at the forefront of corruption prevention in the private sector, assisting the public sector as a legal practitioner. Involved in a number of Private Hearings at the NSW ICAC, representing government where individuals have been or are being investigated, Stan’s contribution is always welcome in bringing about outcomes where the integrity of the government entity is maintained whilst exposing the behaviours of those who are the subject of investigation.
