Kath Roach is Managing Director, SINC Solutions Pty Ltd. Along with her consulting experience, Kath has over 20 years’ public sector and general management experience. Prior to establishing SINC Solutions, Kath was the Executive Director, Governance & Regulation for the NSW Department of Housing. Kath’s investigations experience stems from her role as the first Local Government Internal Ombudsman in NSW. Kath also had over 13 years’ experience as a Detective Sergeant, with the Australian Federal Police. Kath is a member of the Inner West Council Local Planning Panel and is also a Conduct Reviewer on numerous Code of Conduct Panels for local Councils. Kath holds a Masters of Business Administration; a Bachelor of Commerce; and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
