Giselle Tocher
Giselle Tocher has over 15 years’ experience as a corruption prevention manager at the ICAC. While at the ICAC, she has been involved in investigations, corruption prevention projects, the delivery of training and speaking engagements, and the provision of advice to public authorities on specific matters. Giselle’s areas of expertise include procurement, contract management and environmental planning. Giselle has worked on the ICAC’s recent local government and planning investigations including Operations Dasha, Tolosa and Galley. Giselle also provides training to local government councillors. At the Commission, Giselle has also dealt with a number of complex procurement matters dealing with a variety of procurement methodologies. Giselle holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney
