Shilo Brosnan
Shilo Brosnan, appointed in 2019, led the establishment of a Project Management Office at Tweed Shire Council. With a collaborative approach, she developed a Project Management Framework and implemented Project Portfolio Management. Prior to this, Shilo spent a decade in tertiary education, specializing in innovative program development, implementation, and teaching. Her earlier career spans 10 years in Project Management and Engineering, focusing on water & wastewater, with some experience in rail and consulting. She holds a Masters in Project Management, Masters in Learning & Development, Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management, and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (hons). Shilo thrives on challenges, embracing learning, and guiding others through change.
