Speaker Biography:

Ruby Koop is an Account Executive from Snap Send Solve. Ruby will be guiding the conversation around customer satisfaction and community engagement and sharing insights from conversations she’s had with councils across Australia and New Zealand. Ruby started working in the Local Government sector in 2019 and has spoken with nearly every council in Australia. She looks forward to connecting and hearing your insights.
