The Service Reviews Health Check, is a chance for collaboration, information sharing to overcome service review challenges while networking with peers and engaging with industry experts.

While this session is open to any council employee, it would suit delegates that have commenced their service review journey and would like to engage with other industry leaders and staff around overcoming challenges and explore best practise.

The Journey so Far

Delegates will have the opportunity to explore the scope of experience with Service Reviews and where councils are in their process, gaining valuable insight and forming valuable relationships with peers at other councils.

Barriers and Obstacles

Participants will unpack the barriers to success, along with exploring the priorities for overcoming challenges.  This part of the day will inform the afternoon as delegates work towards solutions and an improvement plan.

Planning a way forward

Delegates work in groups with industry experts to unpack challenges and plan a pathway forward.  Participants will work with delegates with similar challenges to support conversation and a robust improvement plan.

Delegates will have the opportunity to table any challenges that have not been addressed to the audience to ensure everyone leaves with applicable action items.
