Program Overview

Service Reviews in a Box offers councils the chance to engage in a structured service review process over six months.

The program is designed to assist councils in conducting service reviews by having a cohort of councils participate and progress through the stages of a service review together. This collaborative approach ensures that councils can share insights, experiences, and best practices, leading to more effective and efficient service reviews.

The program includes a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, online coaching, comprehensive guidance, data verification, and performance evaluation, enabling participating councils to conduct an extensive review of a specified service within this timeframe.
