The conference is an opportunity for you to step out of the day-to-day and shift your focus towards creating a better sector, now and into the future. You will benefit from the session outcomes, insights from the speakers and a growing network of NextGen colleagues from around the state. 

This year we will be hosting the conference online via a series of engaging and relevant sessions that you can view from the comfort of your home or office space. Sessions will be across three half days from 9.00am - 12.30pm each day, full conference registration will include access to both days and all sessions, including presentations, panel discussions and Q&A.

A "Boardroom Broadcast" package option is available for councils that will allow staff to come together safely in either your boardroom or council chambers to experience the conference content in the one place. This option allows for unlimited colleagues from different departments to join in on the sessions and then discuss the content and new learnings together.
