Speaker Bio

Therese Manns is the General Manager at Randwick City Council.   Therese has over 20 years’ experience in Local Government, in Councils across NSW, in regions including the Riverina, Central West, Hilltops, Broken Hill in the Far West and now metropolitan Sydney.  Having been appointed to her first General Manager role at the age of 33, Therese has enjoyed her share of challenges, experiences and successes over her career with many lessons learnt along the way.
